SHOUBING ZHUANG, PhD.

​Shoubing obtained PhD in mechanical engineering from The Ohio State University in 2008. He has over 25 years of experience in CAE modeling & simulation and R&D on Finite Element Methods, as well as over 8 years of experience in commercial CAE software design and development.
His key expertise and significant experience include:
(1) R&D on Finite Element Methods (+25y)
(2) CAE modeling and simulation (+25y)
  -Structural , CFD, Heat Transfer, Acoustics, Multiphysics
(3) Commercial CAE software design and development (+7y, Autodesk)
  -Design and develop key features and functions of commercial CAE software
(4) Design Optimization (+7y) with COMSOL
  -Parameterize product geometry in COMSOL using design module
  -Perform simulation-driven design process
(5) Sheet Metal Forming (+5y)
  -Stamping, deep drawing and springback
(6) Audio Engineering (+7y including +2y at Audio module team of Facebook)
  -Design and optimize the audio products including Transducers and loudspeakers.
